We loved our stay in a beautiful country house with a delicious breakfast (lovely hen’s eggs and homemade cakes!), comfy beds, beautiful views and a warm welcome! Nice bar a walkable 2km away recommended by Sally and Rober. Many thanks for everything!

Where to begin! Sally and Robert were simply amazing! We only spent one night at their place and they prepared an amazing dinner for us where we had a chance to chat and learn a lot about the Basque Country. Sally even translated a list of useful Basque words for us and advised us on where to go and what to see (and where to eat). Besides being great hosts, Sally and Bobby are great people and their home is lovely, clean and very cosy. We absolutely recommend staying here + Durango is positioned perfectly for going on day trips.

Thoughtful and charming touches and great local tips. A truly memorable stay! This location is ideal for both mountains and coast with local Basque flavor. Wonderful nearby food too.
